Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction is a modern day classic and since then we’ve seen the director deliver some excellent movies. The Kill Bill movies, for example, come to mind. His next movie project is “One Upon a Time in Hollywood.”
It will feature notorious serial killer Charles Manson to be played by Dan Herriman. The Australian actor will be paired with Hollywood icons Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt in the upcoming would-be classic.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is a story about a budding actor looking to make his name in Hollywood. DiCaprio will be starring as that actor with Pitt as his friend and stuntman. Their neighbors are Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate.
The latter with four other people were murder victims of Charles Manson and his family cult back in 1969.
Tarantino’s movie is releasing in July next year in the middle of summer blockbuster season. It will have enough star power to hold its own.
The Aussie Herriman has the pedigree to share the screen with Hollywood heavyweights Pitt and DiCaprio. With such an electrifying cast, we could definitely see an entertaining movie that only Tarantino can deliver. Will it be as iconic as Pulp Fiction and the Kill Bill movies? Considering the director’s track record, we can expect it to be one of 2019’s best films. However, that remains to be seen.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is scheduled to release on July 26, 2019.
